WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL MERCHANDISE: 30-90 DAYS IN HOUSE WARRANTY.

LIMITED WARRANTY: ALL OEM CPU’s CARRY A 30-DAY WARRANTY.

COMPLETE SYSTEMS: 1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
 

RMA: All shipped merchandise must receive a RMA number and be legibly written on the outside of the package. To obtain the RMA Number, a RMA request form must be filled out completely and faxed with original invoice for each of the item(s). The RMA number is valid for 7 days. RCS will NOT honor Walk-in customers or un-approved returns.  All Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and RCS will not be held responsible for and shipping, to or from a customer. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging materials, drivers, manuals, cables, boxes, etc., in order for proper servicing of equipment. 

 Improperly packaged or shipped merchandise can and will void ALL warranties

EXCHANGE: An exchange may be allowed during the first 30 days after purchase date on invoice. In the event of a discontinuation of a product, Romy Computer Services, Inc.   Reserves the right to replace the item with a similar product of equal or lessor value, or issue a store credit for fair market value.

CREDIT: Store credit only. Credit is valid for first 30 days after purchase date on invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned items at our option. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging materials, drivers, manuals, cables, boxes, etc., in order for proper credit to be issued.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Romy Computer Services, Inc. reserves the right to void clams after the 3-day grace period. Warranty will be voided if CPUs have missing or bent pins, or if the CPU is cracked.

We do not CROSS SHIP.   Romy Computer Services, Inc. must receive merchandise before replacing or issuing credit. We reserve the right to reject any merchandise that does not comply with the above policies.

PARTS - All parts are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty - all replacements are ordered from the manufacturer and can/will include refurbished parts from the manufacturer which will carry the remainder of the original warrantee.

LABOR - Labor is limited to removal and replacement of components and installation of software drivers ONLY.  Labor does not include reinstallation of operating systems, software programs (whether purchased with the system or added later by RCS or a Romy representative) or updates/upgrades applied after the sale of the system.  All software, Operating Systems, updates, upgrades, or other software installations will be billed at the then current time & materials charges Romy Computers has scheduled. Romy Computers will provide the customer with all drivers and operating systems for each unit at time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide these materials to Romy with the damaged unit/component at the time of service or services can be refused.
